Shaki (frozen beef tripe) wholesale
Shaki is scalded beef tripe, the honeycomb, book and towel stomach prized for the bite it brings to pepper soup, egusi and assorted-meat stews. We supply it cleaned and frozen under our Afri-mama brand.
Packs: 12 x 1 kg and 24 x 500 gram cartons. Produced under HACCP in our EU approved plant (NL208262EG) and delivered DAP, frozen at -18C, across the EU and UK.
