Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all offers and agreements between Ratouli Foods B.V. (NL208262EG) and its customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All offers are without obligation, unless explicitly stated in writing. Prices are exclusive of VAT, transport and any levies, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Minimum order quantities are agreed per product. Delivery times are indicative. We are not liable for damage due to exceeded delivery times, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment term. Late payment puts the customer in default by operation of law, and statutory commercial interest becomes due.

Claims about delivered products must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. For frozen and chilled products, the cold chain up to receipt must be documented and provided with the claim.

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in the district of North Holland.
