Ratouli Foods has supplied the diaspora food trade for 14 years from our facility in Volendam. We make the products ourselves, so you buy from the source: Shaki, Abodi and other beef offal, Bakkeljauw and stockfish, Makayabu, Koepila, pork cuts, chicken fillet and sausage, and the Delta frozen vegetable line. Beef & offal
Shaki (tripe), Abodi, bokoto (cow feet), ponmo (cow skin), cow tail, runderdarmen (beef casings).
Salted & dried fish
Bakkeljauw, stockfish (okporoko, panla), Makayabu, Koepila, salted and smoked herring.
Pork
Salted pig feet, spareribs, bloedworst, seasonal Ham di Pasku.
Chicken & sausage
Kipdijfilet, Crispy Vleesworst, kippenworst, vleesworst.
Frozen vegetables
Okra, molokhia and spinach under the Delta brand.
Natural casings
Sheep casings (schapendarmen) and beef casings for sausage makers.

- What is the minimum order?
- From one pallet per product. You can mix lines on a pallet, and private label also starts at one pallet per product.
- Where do you deliver?
- DAP across the EU and UK: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom on regular routes, with customs handled for the UK.
- Do you publish prices?
- No. We quote per request against your products, volumes and delivery country. Send your list and we come back, usually within one business day.
- Are you a producer or a reseller?
- Producer. We make the products in our own facility in Volendam under EU approval NL208262EG, so you buy direct from the source.
- Can you do private label?
- Yes, from one pallet per product. We produce under your brand with your own packaging and specifications.
