Stockfish (air-dried cod and tusk) wholesale
Stockfish is air-dried cod and tusk, the firm dried white fish behind egusi, ofe nsala and oha soup. Known as okporoko, panla and stokvis, it rehydrates slowly and carries a deep flavour into West-African soups.
We supply Stockfish COD in 30 kg bales and 10 x 100 gram packs, and Stockfish TUSK in 30 kg bales and 10 x 100 gram packs. The small retail packs run under the Afri-mama brand.
Produced under HACCP, EU approval NL208262EG. Dried and shipped dry or chilled, delivered DAP across the EU and UK.
