Ponmo ist Kuhhaut, das weiche, gelatinöse Stück, das Egusi, Ofada, Abula und Bohneneintöpfe bindet. Wir liefern Kopfhaut, Beinhaut und weiße Kuhhaut, überwiegend abgeflammt und gefroren unter unserer Marke Afri-mama.
Packs: alle Sorten in 12 x 1 kg und 24 x 500 Gramm Kartons. Hergestellt nach HACCP in unserem EU-zugelassenen Betrieb (NL208262EG) und geliefert DAP, gefroren bei -18C, in die gesamte EU und nach UK.
